This week was great!
We picked a tree to watch for the seasons in our area.
We drew a sketch of it.
(Manna decided to draw some of the pretty icy mud puddles, too.)
We really focused on math and phonics this week!
But we did Geography, too... because it's so fun!
We learned about Asia!
latitude, longitude, time zones, great and small circles, and much more.
We picked a country in Asia to study and do a report on!
Debany chose Myanmar (Burma)
Myanna chose India
and Porter chose Afghanistan
We also studied why it's important to be extra neat in map-making and in all our school work.
