Last week we studied science. Our lesson was on WORMS!!
We had so much fun learning about worms, it lasted all three days!
We learned about composting and are looking forward to vermicomposting for science!
We bought worms, studied them, named them (Stretch, Twist, and Wiggle).
We even made a treat - that was almost too realistic to eat!
We also went to the library to read some books on worms!
This last week, Debany had Hip Hop class.
Mom did her hair all special.

We also learned about some more Fairy Tales. We studied "The Fisherman and his Wife".
We added it to our list of fairy tales. It has a moral, talking animal, royalty, and was a tale of the poor turning rich (and then back to poor).
For art on Friday, we studied line and had fun with different ways to draw lines.
For Math and Phonics, we did a lesson on each. We are still learning how to organize our day to get the most in for each of us. But in each of our lessons, we learn math and reading as well as science/literature/art.
AND, we also went to the Museum of Natural Curiosity with My Tech High!
