This week was Family History week!
So we decided to do some of our reading, writing, and math with that.
We put our engineering to use by helping Daddy with putting his pest control truck together for work. We worked with pumps, water flow, priming, pipes and TOOLS!
We learned how the electricity works to power the pump, too.
Inspired by our hip hop and tumbling classes, the girls started to choreograph their own dance together.
We hiked with a homeschool adventure club to Battlecreek Falls!
We made new friends, hiked hard, and enjoyed the awesome nature around us.
We also thought about the animals that we've been studying in science and tried to find some on our hike.
(This week, Mom got glasses. They are special glasses for people with light sensitivity and migraines. While we were at Lund's Optical, we got an AwEsOmE lesson on what an Optometrist's prescription means and really know a lot about Mom's eyes. He also used half of a racquetball ball to help us understand astigmatisms.)
